Reforming Migration Policy

On 1992, Russia need a new migration policy, because they did not know how to deal with refugees, international labor migration, freedom of movement, or permanent migration to or from aboard.

After the independence, Russia joined the international community. On February 1992 as they agreed with freedom of movement, people were able to move in and out through Russia. However, this policy were not encouraged by Russia. They did not wanted mass of people to leave or come into their country in order to protect the pureness of Russia.

Returning to Russia

Many people in Russia temped to move to another country because of Russia's ethnic violence, and drops in economic output.

However people after experiencing other countries, people that have moved had realized that standard of living would be best in their own homeland that they have better chance in Russia to get jobs, house and other resources.
